How does it Work?
The WeSolve
program utilizes trained professional mediators to facilitate better
communication among students involved in physical confrontation and
escalated conflict. It does not take away valuable instructional time and
does not require teachers to take additional responsibility for
implementation. The mediation may be requested by teachers, counselors and
students or parents.
Why WeSolve?
WeSolve can be used both as a preventative proactive CRE program or
emergency support service for students, teachers and parents in conflict.
It saves time, money, and relationships that are valuable to the school and
the community. WeSolve provides an opportunity for resolution to long term
feeder pattern conflict. It assists in providing resolution for students
returning from suspension or CEP type alternative programs due to a
conflict.
