School Programs
WeSolve Program for schools is
designed to implement and teach the value of conflict resolution to school
age children as an alternative to confrontation, teasing, bullying and stress
related violence among students.
WeSolve supports resolution in student, teacher,
parent, counselor and principal conflict. The program helps to promote a
safe, social and emotional learning environment where communication becomes
a tool.
By implementing the practices of formal mediation in
schools and utilizing a professional mediator (meeting criteria), WeSolve
provides a new standard for the implementation and practice of conflict
resolution education.
Conflict in school is not new. It has escalated to
levels that cause depression, family breakdown and in some cases criminal
violence. We cannot avoid conflict; we can value it in order to learn and
grow.
Program Description
WeSolve is a conflict resolution support service. The
program saves the school time and money by addressing the concerns of
students, parents and teachers on a regular basis. It helps to avoid the
escalation of issues that may ultimately lead to costly due process, civil
suits and criminal charges (click here for additional information on school
violence).
The service is a turn-key conflict resolution program
for schools that provides mediation in student to student,
parent to staff, parent to parent and staff to staff conflicts.
