an organization that provides a comprehensive prevention and intervention
program to schools and communities. Our diverse and well trained
professional mediators work to cultivate an environment in which
communication becomes a meaningful tool for negotiating daily interactions.
The WeSolve Foundation
provides a full service plan to conflict resolution in neighborhoods,
communities and schools through professional mediation. Students, staff
and parents gain resolution to on-going issues that have gone unresolved
in the school and community that could ultimately end in violence. The
program effectively integrates a community-based mediation model into the
neighborhood and school environment.

complex communication environment is creating a more challenging learning
experience for youth and schools in the community. The traditional
approach to conflict, a fist fight, suspension and parent meeting are
often no longer effective in de-escalating conflicts. Conflict in schools
today often escalates to a point of violence that creates dangerous
environments, low attendance and high drop-out rates for schools
throughout many districts in the United States.
